We are hiring a Business Development Manager (Field-Based, Full-Time, Education Sector, Strategic Growth Role, national role targeting customer base across the North West and North East of England).
Are you an experienced commercial trailblazer with a passion for driving new business and strategic partnerships in the UK education sector? Do you thrive on winning high-value contracts, building long-term relationships, and delivering customerâcentric solutions?
Findel Education is on the move â and we are looking to expand our team with another Business Development Manager to lead the charge.
What Youâll Do
- Own and grow strategic relationships with Multi Academy Trusts (MATs), Independent Schools, Local Authorities, and other key education customers.
- Drive new business across our full portfolio â from educational resources and large furniture projects to nonâtraditional services like utilities.
- Lead account mobilisation and development for 12 months postâwin, before handing over to our Key Account Team.
- Collaborate across departments to deliver tailored, highâimpact commercial solutions.
