We are hiring for a Business Development Manager (Field-Based, Full-Time, Education Sector, Strategic Growth Role, national role targeting customer base across the North West and North East of England). Are you an experienced commercial trailblazer with a passion for driving new business and strategic partnerships in the UK education sector? Do you thrive on winning high-value contracts, building long-term relationships, and delivering customer-centric solutions? Findel Education is on the move — and we’re looking to expand our team with another Business Development Manager to lead the charge.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and grow strategic relationships with Multi Academy Trusts (MATs), Independent Schools, Local Authorities, and other key education customers.
  • Drive new business across our full portfolio — from educational resources and large furniture projects to non-traditional services like utilities.
  • Lead account mobilisation and development for 12 months post-win, before handing over to our Key Account Team.
  • Collaborate across departments to deliver tailored, high-impact commercial solutions.
