Are you an experienced commercial trailblazer with a passion for driving new business and strategic partnerships in the UK education sector? Do you thrive on winning high-value contracts, building long-term relationships, and delivering customer‑centric solutions? Findel Education is on the move — and we’re looking to expand our team with another Business Development Manager to lead the charge.
What You’ll Do
- Own and grow strategic relationships with Multi Academy Trusts (MATs), Independent Schools, Local Authorities, and other key education customers.
- Drive new business across our full portfolio — from educational resources and large furniture projects to non‑traditional services like utilities.
- Lead account mobilisation and development for 12 months post‑win, before handing over to our Key Account Team.
- Collaborate across departments to deliver tailored, high‑impact commercial solutions.
