Job Description FindCore are thrilled to be assisting an award-winning financial planning firm with the recruitment of a Senior Paraplanner. Permanent, full-time position based in Boston Spa, Wetherby, with free on-site parking. Fully negotiable, depending on experience + bonus of up to 15% of salary Provide technical paraplanning support to Financial Planners. Carry out research and analysis based on individual client needs and objectives. Prepare Financial Plans and Suitability Reports. Ensure all work meets compliance, risk and quality standards. Minimum 18 months’ experience within a Paraplanner or similar financial planning role. Good understanding of the financial planning process and associated compliance requirements. Strong report-writing, research and analytical skills. Good technical knowledge across financial planning products, particularly pensions. Comfortable working with financial planning, modelling and back-office software. Experience supporting high-net-worth clients would be advantageous. Desire to progress towards Chartered or Certified Financial Planner status would be beneficial.
