Liaise with estate agents, mortgage brokers, lenders and other solicitors. Guide clients through the conveyancing process and provide clear, practical advice. Deal with settlement, Land and Buildings Transaction Tax and registration requirements. Commercial property experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
