About the Role
Permanent position. This role will be based in Stirling.
Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of conveyancing transactions.
- Handle property purchases and sales from initial instruction through to completion.
- Draft and negotiate missives.
- Review and advise on title documentation.
- Liaise with estate agents, mortgage brokers, lenders and other solicitors.
- Guide clients through the conveyancing process and provide clear, practical advice.
- Deal with settlement, Land and Buildings Transaction Tax and registration requirements.
- Maintain accurate files and ensure transactions progress efficiently.
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide a high standard of service.
Qualifications
- Qualified Solicitor in Scotland.
Required Skills
- Confident managing your own caseload.
- Excellent client-care and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational ability.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Commercial property experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
Pay range and compensation package
Fully negotiable salary depending on experience. Permanent, full-time position.
