Find Core are thrilled to be assisting an established independent insurance brokerage with the recruitment of an experienced Insurance Administrator.
Permanent position. This role will be based in Shrewsbury, working Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm.
Manage and service a portfolio of commercial insurance clients.
Prepare accurate insurance documentation and technical information.
Liaise with clients and insurers to arrange appropriate commercial insurance cover.
Support the development of new business opportunities.
Assist clients throughout the claims process where required.
Maintain accurate client and policy records.
Achieve agreed service levels and key performance indicators.
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients and insurers.
Previous experience as a Account Handler, Insurance position or similar role.
Confident communicating with clients and insurance providers.
Strong customer-service and relationship-building ability.
