Job Description FindCore are thrilled to be assisting an award-winning multidisciplinary engineering consultancy with the recruitment of a Junior CAD Technician. Permanent position. This role will be based at the company’s Sheffield office. The successful candidate will support experienced Engineers and Technicians across a variety of residential, commercial and industrial projects. Competitive salary, depending on experience + twice-yearly salary reviews + additional benefits Produce and update technical drawings using AutoCAD. Support Civil and Structural Engineers with project drawings and layouts. Maintain accurate drawing records and project documentation. Work closely with experienced Engineers and Technicians to meet project deadlines. Develop your technical knowledge across civil and structural engineering projects. Some experience or training using AutoCAD. Applications are welcomed from junior candidates looking to develop their CAD career. Basic understanding of construction, civil or structural engineering drawings would be beneficial. Willingness to learn and develop within an engineering consultancy. Previous experience with steel, concrete, timber or reinforced concrete detailing would be beneficial but is not essential.
