FindCore are thrilled to be assisting an award-winning multidisciplinary engineering consultancy with the recruitment of a Senior CAD Technician. This role will be based at the company’s Sheffield office. The successful candidate will work alongside Civil and Structural Engineers on a varied range of residential, commercial and industrial developments.
Salary: Competitive salary, depending on experience + twice-yearly salary reviews + additional benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce and update technical drawings using AutoCAD.
- Prepare General Arrangement drawings, structural layouts and construction details.
- Support structural projects involving steel, concrete, timber and reinforced concrete.
- Assist Civil Engineers with external works, site layouts and drainage drawings.
- Work across projects ranging from individual residential properties to larger commercial and industrial developments.
- Coordinate drawings with Engineers, Architects and other members of the project team.
- Maintain accurate drawing information and support projects through agreed deadlines.
- Assist and support more junior Technicians where appropriate.
