Permanent position.
This role will be based in London .
Salary Β£50,000 - Β£75,000 + performance-related bonus + additional benefits Key Responsibilities Manage construction and property projects from feasibility through to completion and handover.
Act as the primary contact for clients and maintain strong working relationships.
Develop and monitor project programmes, budgets and delivery strategies.
Coordinate consultants, contractors, design teams and wider stakeholders.
Monitor project performance, risks, opportunities and mitigation measures.
Produce programme, financial and risk reports for clients and Directors.
Chair project meetings and ensure agreed actions are completed.
Support procurement, contract administration and project governance.
Monitor quality, costs, change control and key financial milestones.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with client expectations.
