Find Core are thrilled to be assisting an established legal practice with the recruitment of a Conveyancing Solicitor.
About the Role
Permanent, full-time position. This role will be based in Lytham St Annes and optional Hybrid working. Monday - Friday.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of freehold and leasehold residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.
- Draft and review contracts, transfer documents and other conveyancing documentation.
- Deal with Stamp Duty Land Tax, post-completion matters and property registrations.
- Provide clear and professional advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors to progress transactions efficiently.
- Ensure all matters comply with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate case files and documentation.
- Manage deadlines effectively and ensure transactions progress in a timely manner.
- Keep up to date with changes in property law and conveyancing practice.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years' PQE as a Conveyancing Solicitor, or qualified Level 6 Licensed Conveyancer.
- Required Skills
- Strong residential conveyancing experience across both freehold and leasehold matters.
- Confident managing your own caseload independently.
- Excellent client communication and relationship-management skills.
- Strong drafting and document-review ability.
