Find Core are thrilled to be assisting a leading multidisciplinary property and construction consultancy with the recruitment of a Senior Building Surveyor.
Permanent position. This role will be based in London + Hybrid working.
Fully Negotiable (depending on experience) + performance-related bonus + professional development support + additional benefits
Deliver a broad range of professional and project-based building surveying services.
Undertake PPM surveys, condition surveys, technical due diligence and building pathology investigations.
Manage maintenance, repair, refurbishment and insurance reinstatement projects.
Act as Contract Administrator under JCT and SBCC forms of contract.
Chartered Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline.
Broad experience delivering professional building surveying services.
Strong knowledge of construction technology, building pathology and PPM programmes.
Experience managing refurbishment projects and administering JCT or SBCC contracts.
Competence using Microsoft Office and CAD software.
Full UK driving licence.
Pay range and compensation package
