(One day per week at Home) Salary £40,000 - £52,000 depending on experience + Great Benefits Key Responsibilities Provide HR advice and support to Directors and managers. Manage employee relations including disciplinaries, grievances and performance matters. Oversee recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning. Develop and maintain HR policies, processes and procedures. Support performance reviews, employee development and engagement. Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR best practice.
