Location: Halifax, West Yorkshire Contract: Permanent, Full-time Salary: Fully Negotiable This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and customer-focused sales professional to join a well-established and highly regarded dealership. With a strong reputation in the leisure industry and continued growth across the business, this role would suit someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering a high level of customer service and helping customers find the right vehicle to suit their needs. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist customers visiting the dealership Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles and accessories Carry out vehicle presentations and demonstrations Manage sales enquiries from phone, email and online sources Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers Work towards sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience Ensure all sales paperwork, finance proposals and supporting documentation are completed accurately Follow up leads and customer enquiries promptly and professionally Requirements - Skills & Experience: Previous sales experience, ideally within vehicles, motorhomes, caravans, automotive, leisure or another high-value retail environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude Good organisational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working in a customer-facing sales environment Ability to work weekends on a rota basis Full UK driving licence Benefits - What's on Offer: Competitive basic salary with uncapped commission Realistic earning potential of up to £50,000 OTE Permanent, full-time position Ongoing training and career development Friendly and supportive working environment Employee discounts and company benefits On-site parking Company pension
