FindCore are thrilled to be assisting an established residential housebuilder with the recruitment of a Senior Quantity Surveyor. This permanent, full-time role is based in Glasgow with travel to sites, Monday to Friday.
You will take commercial responsibility for a portfolio of housing developments, manage projects from initial procurement through to final account, set and monitor project budgets, and produce accurate cost forecasts. Car allowance and excellent benefits on offer.
