Permanent position.
This role will be based at the company’s Stanningley, Pudsey office in West Yorkshire.
Monday - Friday (Flexible start and finish times are available).
Reporting directly to the Finance Director, the Finance Manager will oversee the company’s financial and accounting operations, providing accurate reporting and commercial insight to support continued business growth.
Salary £45,000–£60,000, depending on experience and qualification level Key Responsibilities Lead the month-end close process and ensure all reporting deadlines are achieved.
Prepare accurate consolidated monthly management accounts and KPI reports.
Produce clear and commercially focused board reporting packs.
Maintain robust balance-sheet reconciliations and resolve outstanding items.
Manage overhead reporting and support departmental managers with cost control.
Partner with operational stakeholders, providing constructive challenge around performance and spending decisions.
Support the Finance Director with annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting.
