The Opportunity
FindCore are thrilled to be assisting a well-established and growing business with the recruitment of an IT Support Analyst. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive technical team, providing remote assistance to users and helping ensure systems, software and equipment operate effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to users by telephone, email and remote-access tools
- Log, manage and update support tickets accurately
- Set up user accounts, devices and system access
- Support Microsoft 365 applications and Windows environments
- Escalate more complex technical problems when required
- Maintain clear records of incidents, solutions and system updates
- Deliver a professional and helpful service to users
Skills & Experience
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows operating systems
- Confident troubleshooting common hardware and software issues
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to explain technical information clearly
- Organised approach with good attention to detail
