Find Core are thrilled to be assisting an established legal practice with the recruitment of a Conveyancing Solicitor .

Permanent , full-time position.

This role will be based in Lytham St Annes and optional Hybrid working.

Monday - Friday.

Salary Fully negotiable, depending on experience Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of freehold and leasehold residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.

Draft and review contracts, transfer documents and other conveyancing documentation.

Deal with Stamp Duty Land Tax, post-completion matters and property registrations.

Provide clear and professional advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process.

Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors to progress transactions efficiently.

Ensure all matters comply with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.

Maintain accurate case files and documentation.

Manage deadlines effectively and ensure transactions progress in a timely manner.

Keep up to date with changes in property law and conveyancing practice.

Skills Experience Minimum of two years' PQE as a Conveyancing Solicitor, or qualified Level 6 Licensed Conveyancer.

Strong residential conveyancing experience across both freehold and leasehold matters.

Confident managing your own caseload independently.

Excellent client communication and relationship-management skills.

Strong drafting and document-review ability.

Good organisational and time-management skills.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Comfortable working within a fast-paced legal environment.

Proficient using relevant legal case-management and IT systems.
