Permanent position.
This role will be based in Lanarkshire , covering reactive maintenance and refurbishment projects across the region.
Working Hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm) Salary – £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (depending on experience) Benefits – Company fuel card and car allowance provided Working Hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm) Key Responsibilities Manage the delivery of reactive maintenance and refurbishment projects across the public sector.
Oversee works across multiple sites.
Plan, programme and coordinate planned and responsive maintenance works.
Manage site teams and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered on time and to standard.
Liaise with clients to ensure essential facilities remain fully operational.
Monitor project progress, budgets and timescales.
Inspect works and maintain high standards of quality and workmanship.
Ensure all works are carried out safely and in line with health and safety requirements.
Support the development and progression of site-based staff.
