Permanent position. This role will be based in London. There are 3 roles available - PM or Associate Director PM or Project Direct

Responsibili
- ties
- Manage construction and property projects from feasibility through to completion and hand
- over.Act as the primary contact for clients and maintain strong working relations
- hips.Develop and monitor project programmes, budgets and delivery strate
- gies.Coordinate consultants, contractors, design teams and wider stakehol
- ders.Monitor project performance, risks, opportunities and mitigation meas
- ures.Produce programme, financial and risk reports for clients and Direc
- tors.Chair project meetings and ensure agreed actions are compl
- eted.Support procurement, contract administration and project govern
- ance.Monitor quality, costs, change control and key financial milest
- ones.Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with client expectat
ions.
Ideal Qualific
- ations
- Relevant degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Architecture, Building Surveying or a related disc
ipline.
Idea
- l Skills
- Experience delivering construction or property projects within a consultancy or client-side env
- ironment.Strong understanding of construction delivery, procurement routes and contract admini
- stration.Excellent project planning, organisation and stakeholder-managemen
- t skills.Commercial awareness with experience monitoring project costs and
- budgets.Confident managing multiple projects and competing pr
- iorities.Proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong problem-solvin
- g skills.High levels of professionalism, integrity and attention t
- o detail.Full UK driving licence would be adva
- ntageous.Membership of RICS, APM, CIOB or ICE would be beneficial, although professional-development support is a
vailable.
