Find Core are thrilled to be assisting a leading multidisciplinary property and construction consultancy with the recruitment of a Chartered Building Surveyor .
Permanent position.
This role will be based in Manchester.
Salary £45,000–£75,000 (depending on experience) + performance-related bonus + professional development support + additional benefits Key Responsibilities Deliver a broad range of professional and project-based building surveying services.
Undertake PPM surveys, condition surveys, technical due diligence and building pathology investigations.
Prepare specifications, schedules of work, technical reports and Reinstatement Cost Assessments.
Manage maintenance, repair, refurbishment and insurance reinstatement projects.
Act as Contract Administrator under JCT and SBCC forms of contract.
Prepare Schedules of Condition and Dilapidations.
Provide clear technical advice and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams while ensuring compliance with CDM Regulations, health and safety requirements and industry standards.
