The Opportunity
FindCore are thrilled to be assisting a business with the recruitment of an Accounts Assistant. Supporting the finance team with day-to-day transactions and helping maintain accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities
- Process invoices accurately
- Maintain purchase records
- Assist with bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
- Support payment runs and process staff expenses
- Respond to supplier and customer account queries
Skills & Experience
- Good numerical skills and strong attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Excel and learning new systems
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working independently and communicating with a remote team
