Provide HR advice and support to Directors and managers.
Manage employee relations including disciplinaries, grievances and performance matters.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning.
Develop and maintain HR policies, processes and procedures.
Support performance reviews, employee development and engagement.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR best practice.
Help develop a positive, accountable and high-performing workplace culture.
Minimum 2 years’ experience as an HR Manager or HR Advisor or Similar.
CIPD Level 3 or above.
Strong employee relations and employment law knowledge.
Experience managing disciplinary, grievance and performance processes.
Experience within a fast-paced or growing business would be advantageous.
