Customer Success & Support Representative (Permanent) in Altrincham

FindCore are thrilled to be assisting a fast-growing customer support business with the recruitment of a Customer Success Advisor . Permanent position. This is a fully office-based role in Altrincham . Monday - Friday, Permanent. This is a entrepreneurial environment, and a growing company. Salary Negotiable + bonus structure of up to £5,000 + overtime opportunities Additional overtime is available, including enhanced rates for Saturdays (don't need to work any overtime, it's just an option) Key Responsibilities Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls each day Speak with new enquiries and understand each customer's individual circumstances Explain the company's service clearly, patiently and professionally Objection Handling Qualify enquiries and book appointments with the Claims Team Maintain contact with existing customers throughout their journey Keep customer information and CRM records accurate and up to date Deliver excellent service without using a hard-sell approach Skills & Experience Previous experience in a telephone-based customer service, call handling, contact centre or sales or similar role is preferred Strong telephone manner with the ability to explain information clearly and simply Able to build trust and rapport quickly Previous experience within insurance, financial services, healthcare or another customer-focused environment would be advantageous but is not essential What's on Offer Genuine progression opportunities as the company grows Overtime available Opportunity to join a business experiencing significant growth and increasing customer demand Rewarding role where the service provided can make a genuine difference to customers and their families
