FindCore are thrilled to be assisting a fast-growing customer support business with the recruitment of a Customer Success Advisor.

Permanent position. This is a fully office-based role in Altrincham. Monday - Friday, Permanent.

This is a entrepreneurial environment, and a growing company.

Salary
\n
Negotiable + bonus structure of up to £5,000 + overtime opportunities
\n
\n
Additional overtime is available, including enhanced rates for Saturdays (don't need to work any overtime, it's just an option)
\n
\n
Key Responsibilities
\n
- \n
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls each day
- Speak with new enquiries and understand each customer's individual circumstances
- Explain the company's service clearly, patiently and professionally
- Objection Handling
- Qualify enquiries and book appointments with the Claims Team
- Maintain contact with existing customers throughout their journey
- Keep customer information and CRM records accurate and up to date
- Deliver excellent service without using a hard-sell approach

Skills & Experience
\n
- \n
- Previous experience in a telephone-based customer service, call handling, contact centre or sales or similar role is preferred
- Strong telephone manner with the ability to explain information clearly and simply
- Able to build trust and rapport quickly
- Previous experience within insurance, financial services, healthcare or another customer-focused environment would be advantageous but is not essential
