FindCore are thrilled to be assisting a growing motor dealership with the recruitment of a Motorcycle Sales Executive.
Permanent, full-time position based in York.
Salary:
£40,000 – £50,000 OTE + uncapped commission
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional to join a growing dealership and work with a wide range of desirable vehicles. The role would suit someone with motor trade sales experience, or a strong sales background and a genuine passion for the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help customers find the right vehicle to suit their needs and budget
- Manage customer enquiries from initial contact through to vehicle handover
- Build strong relationships with customers and generate repeat business
- Present vehicles confidently and explain key features and benefits
- Arrange and conduct test drives where required
- Negotiate deals and work towards agreed sales targets
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records
- Provide a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process
- Work closely with the wider dealership team to ensure a smooth customer experience
Skills & Requirements:
- Previous vehicle sales, automotive sales, motorcycle or motor trade experience
- Strong sales background with a proven ability to achieve targets
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident and professional customer-facing approach
- Commercially minded and motivated by earning potential
- Strong organisation and follow-up skills
- Genuine interest in vehicles and the automotive industry
- Full UK driving licence required
