FindCore are thrilled to be assisting an established, award-winning financial planning business with the recruitment of a Wealth Management Administrator.
Permanent, full-time position based near Wetherby, West Yorkshire. This is a fully office-based role supporting Financial Planners and their clients across a broad range of financial planning products.
Salary
Fully Negotiable depending on experience + discretionary bonus + excellent benefits
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Financial Planners across a range of financial products.
- Manage client records and maintain accurate documentation.
- Liaise directly with clients and provide regular updates.
- Prepare documentation ahead of client meetings.
- Track investments and support the implementation of financial plans.
- Process client administration accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a high standard of client service throughout the financial planning process.
- Work closely with Advisers and other members of the client service team.
Skills & Experience
- At least 2 years’ experience within wealth management or financial planning.
- Strong client service and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organisational skills and ability to manage a busy workload.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and learning new financial services systems.
- Professional, reliable and comfortable working as part of a collaborative team.
