FindCore are thrilled to be assisting an established and growing service-based business with the recruitment of a Business Development Executive.
Permanent, full-time position based in Towcester. This is an office-based role focused on building strong customer relationships, converting warm opportunities and providing a professional, consultative sales experience.
Salary
£32,000 basic salary + uncapped commission, with OTE of approximately £40,000
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers and explain available services clearly and professionally
- Conduct detailed consultations to understand individual requirements
- Provide tailored quotations and recommend suitable options
- Build strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process
- Follow up warm leads and convert opportunities into sales
- Achieve individual sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information within the CRM system
- Handle sensitive conversations professionally and with empathy
- Work closely with the wider team to support overall business growth
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience within sales, business development or a similar role
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused approach with strong empathy and professionalism
- Good organisation and time-management skills
- Comfortable using CRM systems and general IT applications
- Proactive, adaptable and commercially minded
