Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems.
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters and other HR documentation.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and induction processes.
- Respond to routine HR queries from employees and managers.
- Assist with absence, holiday and employee data administration.
- Support payroll administration, including timesheet input and employee information.
- Process and manage end-to-end payroll
- Coordinate training activities, meetings and HR communications.
- Support wider HR projects and general administration.
- Ensure HR records remain accurate, confidential and compliant.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience within HR administration, payroll administration or a similar role.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and HR/payroll systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Professional and approachable manner.
- Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information.
