FindCore are thrilled to be assisting an established and growing driver medical services business with the recruitment of a Sales Executive.
Permanent, full-time position. This is a proactive B2B sales role focused on developing new business across the haulage, logistics, fleet, taxi and wider transport sectors.
Salary:
Up to £30,000 basic salary, depending on experience + strong commission and bonus opportunities
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business across fleet, haulage, logistics and transport markets
- Proactively prospect and contact potential customers
- Develop relationships with haulage companies, fleet operators, taxi businesses, driving schools and employers
- Follow up inbound enquiries and convert opportunities into bookings and contracts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Grow existing accounts through additional services and cross-selling
- Manage your own sales pipeline and work towards agreed targets
- Maintain accurate customer and sales activity within the CRM system
- Attend networking events and industry exhibitions where required
- Work closely with marketing and operational teams to support business growth
Skills & Experience:
- Previous B2B sales or business development experience
- Experience selling into haulage, logistics, fleet, taxi or wider transport markets would be highly advantageous
- Strong new-business development and lead-generation skills
- Confident telephone and email communication
- Target-driven with a proactive approach to winning business
- Strong relationship-building and organisational skills
- Previous CRM experience would be beneficial
- Full UK driving licence required
