Permanent, full-time position based in Stowmarket.

Key Responsibilities
- Arrange and manage import container deliveries and export collections across the UK.
- Coordinate day-to-day FCL transport operations.
- Input and manage transport bookings using TOPS software.
- Communicate with drivers, subcontractors and customers.
- Handle telephone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate transport records and ensure data is kept up to date.
- Support general transport operations and account management.
- Respond quickly to changing schedules, delays and operational issues.
- Help ensure customer requirements and delivery deadlines are met.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1 years’ experience within container transport.
- Strong knowledge of UK transport routes and geography.
- Confident using Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook and Word.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy transport environment.
- Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive approach.
