Permanent, full-time position based in Scunthorpe.
Salary
Average of £50,000 OTE + £30,000 annual earnings guarantee for the first 3 months + additional benefits
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and customer-focused sales professional to join a successful automotive dealership, managing customers through the complete vehicle purchase journey while working towards strong earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with customers and understand their individual requirements.
- Guide customers through the full vehicle purchasing journey.
- Manage enquiries and follow up leads to convert opportunities into sales.
- Present vehicles confidently and explain features and benefits.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Achieve agreed individual and dealership sales targets.
- Develop strong product knowledge across the vehicle range.
- Maintain regular contact with customers and develop long-term relationships.
- Work closely with colleagues across the dealership to ensure a smooth customer journey.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience within sales is essential
- Strong sales and relationship-building ability.
- Confident, professional and comfortable dealing with customers face-to-face.
- Target-driven and motivated by earning potential.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Organised, proactive and results-focused.
- Positive attitude with a desire to succeed and develop.
- Full UK driving licence required.
