FindCore are thrilled to be assisting an established electrical wholesale business with the recruitment of a Business Development Manager (Electrical).
Permanent, full-time position based in Redditch.
Salary:
Competitive salary + competitive bonus + company car + additional benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new and existing business accounts across the local area
- Proactively identify and approach potential customers
- Generate new business through telephone prospecting and face-to-face sales activity
- Build strong, long-term relationships with trade and commercial customers
- Identify opportunities to increase sales across existing accounts
- Present products confidently and provide customers with suitable solutions
- Work closely with the wider branch team to achieve sales targets
- Manage your own pipeline, prospects and customer activity
- Represent the business professionally when visiting customers
Requirements:
- Previous experience within sales, business development or account management
- Strong new-business development and cold-calling ability
- Confident meeting and presenting to customers face-to-face
- Excellent telephone and communication skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain commercial relationships
- Target-driven, ambitious and comfortable working independently
- Electrical wholesale or wider wholesale experience would be highly advantageous
- Full UK driving licence required
