FindCore are thrilled to be assisting an established electrical wholesale business with the recruitment of a Sales Executive (Electrical).
Permanent, full-time position based in Market Harborough.
Salary
Negotiable depending on experience + monthly and annual bonus + profit share + additional benefits
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with new and existing trade customers
- Handle sales enquiries by telephone, email and in person
- Generate new business and identify opportunities to grow branch sales
- Prepare quotations and follow up opportunities to secure orders
- Provide customers with product advice across electrical wholesale products
- Build strong relationships with electricians, contractors and commercial customers
- Work closely with the wider branch team to achieve sales targets
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information
- Support account growth and repeat business
- Deliver a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience within sales, internal sales or account management
- Electrical wholesale experience would be highly advantageous
- Good knowledge of electrical products and the trade market would be beneficial
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach to sales
- Confident dealing with customers by telephone and face-to-face
- Strong organisation and relationship-building skills
- Motivated to achieve targets and develop within the business
