Permanent, full-time position based in Manchester.
Salary
From £35,000 basic salary + car allowance + bonus scheme + additional benefits
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced advertising sales professional to join a growing media business, developing new clients while managing and expanding existing customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell advertising solutions across traditional and digital media channels
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities
- Manage and grow relationships with existing client accounts
- Generate new business through proactive sales activity
- Prepare tailored proposals and presentations for prospective customers
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your sales pipeline
- Produce regular sales forecasts and activity updates
- Work closely with internal sales support and marketing teams
- Develop strong knowledge of the market and competitor activity
- Consistently work towards and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience within media, advertising or digital sales
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong new-business development and account-management skills
- Confident, proactive and commercially driven approach
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable managing your own sales pipeline
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Good Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ambitious and motivated by career progression and earning potential
