FindCore are thrilled to be assisting an established security services business with the recruitment of a Sales Manager.
Permanent, full-time position based near Lincoln , with travel to client and prospect sites as required.
This is a senior commercial role focused on winning new business across manned guarding, keyholding, response and retail security services , while developing long-term relationships with private and public sector clients.
Salary
Fully negotiable, depending on experience + performance-related bonus / commission + additional benefits
Key Responsibilities
Drive new business growth across manned guarding, keyholding, response and wider security services
Develop and deliver a proactive sales strategy across target sectors
Generate opportunities through networking, referrals, prospecting and direct approaches
Build relationships with senior decision-makers across private and public sector organisations
Conduct client meetings, site visits and presentations
Prepare commercial proposals, quotations and tender submissions
Identify and manage suitable public and private sector tender opportunities
Lead responses to PQQs, tenders and framework opportunities
Negotiate commercial terms and secure profitable new contracts
Develop existing customer accounts and identify opportunities for additional services
Work closely with operational teams to ensure new contracts are mobilised effectively
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular performance reports to senior management
Skills & Experience
Proven business development or sales management experience within the security sector
Strong knowledge of manned guarding, keyholding, response or retail security services
Track record of winning new contracts and developing customer accounts
Experience preparing tenders and proposals for private or public sector clients
Good understanding of SIA regulations and licensing requirements
