Sales Administrator in Invergordon

FindCore are thrilled to be assisting an established international food production business with the recruitment of a Sales Administrator.

Permanent, full-time position based in Invergordon.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate order deliveries and ensure customer requirements are met on time.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales function.
• Liaise with customers regarding orders, deliveries and general enquiries.
• Support the coordination of export customer orders.
• Work closely with warehouse teams and external logistics providers.
• Maintain accurate customer and order information.
• Resolve order or delivery issues quickly and professionally.
• Communicate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Provide a high standard of customer service throughout the process.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience within sales administration, customer service, logistics administration or a similar role.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident dealing with customers by telephone and email.
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and make informed decisions.
• Self-motivated, proactive and positive approach.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a wider team.
• Good general IT and administration skills.
