Vehicle Administrator in Halifax

FindCore are thrilled to be assisting an established motorhome dealership with the recruitment of a Vehicle Administrator.

Permanent, full-time position based in Halifax.

Salary:

£28,000 – £35,000, depending on experience + additional benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Process new and used vehicle sales from order through to customer handover
• Complete RAV and vehicle registration documentation
• Register vehicles with manufacturers and relevant authorities
• Prepare invoices, finance documentation and customer handover packs
• Maintain accurate vehicle stock and sales records
• Liaise with sales, accounts, workshop and aftersales teams
• Ensure all administration and compliance requirements are completed accurately and on time
• Support the wider dealership team with general vehicle administration

Skills & Experience:

• Previous vehicle administration or dealership sales administration experience
• Experience within automotive, motorhome, caravan or leisure vehicle dealerships would be highly advantageous
• Experience with RAV and vehicle registration systems is preferred
• Strong administration and organisational skills
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a busy environment
• Confident using Microsoft Office and computer systems
• Professional and customer-focused approach
• Accounts experience would be beneficial
