The company has operated for over 30 years and provides specialist maintenance and repair services to the road transport, petrochemical and gas industries.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out servicing, maintenance and preventative maintenance on HGVs and trailers.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
- Complete vehicle inspections and ensure vehicles remain safe and roadworthy.
- Carry out repairs to running gear and associated vehicle components.
- Work on specialist tanker and transport equipment where required.
- Complete relevant maintenance and inspection documentation accurately.
- Identify defects and carry out repairs efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and health & safety.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience as an HGV Mechanic, HGV Technician or similar.
- Strong mechanical fault-finding and repair skills.
- Experience maintaining commercial vehicles, HGVs or trailers.
- Road tanker experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Good understanding of preventative maintenance and vehicle inspections.
- Reliable with a strong attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and as part of a workshop team.
- Full specialist tanker training can be provided.
