Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business across exhibition stand design, build, event services and sponsorship opportunities.
- Develop leads through outbound calls, networking, referrals and industry research.
- Build strong relationships with exhibitors, event organisers, agencies and corporate clients.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through to quotation, negotiation and close.
- Prepare proposals, quotations and sales presentations.
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients and maximise repeat business.
- Understand client objectives and recommend suitable exhibition solutions.
- Maintain regular contact with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure client requirements are delivered effectively.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in B2B sales, exhibition sales, events or a related industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Confident presenting to clients and managing commercial conversations.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines.
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Experience within exhibition stand design and build would be highly advantageous.
- Knowledge of trade shows, conferences and live events would be beneficial.
- Existing contacts within the events or exhibitions industry would be advantageous.
