Permanent, full-time position based in Glasgow.
Salary
£35,000 – £45,000 depending on experience + 1% commission + company van and fuel card
Key Responsibilities
- Attend residential and commercial roofing surveys.
- Diagnose roofing defects and recommend suitable repairs.
- Measure and photograph proposed works.
- Produce clear scopes of work and accurate quotations.
- Price labour, materials, scaffolding and waste requirements.
- Follow up quotations and help convert enquiries into sales.
- Liaise with customers and internal teams throughout the process.
- Keep survey, quotation and CRM records up to date.
- Provide clear handovers for confirmed projects.
- Work towards agreed quotation and sales targets.
Skills & Experience
- Strong roofing knowledge.
- Previous roofing, surveying or estimating experience.
- Confident dealing directly with customers.
- Good commercial awareness and pricing ability.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing your own workload.
- Full UK driving licence required.
