Permanent, full-time position based in
Glasgow , with travel to sites.

Key Responsibilities
- Take commercial responsibility for a portfolio of housing developments
- Manage projects from initial procurement through to final account
- Set, monitor and manage project budgets
- Place subcontractor and supplier orders
- Produce accurate commercial reports and cost forecasts
- Monitor material costs and project expenditure
- Liaise closely with subcontractors, site teams and other internal departments
- Ensure commercial activity is completed in line with company procedures
- Support and provide guidance to junior members of the commercial team
- Identify commercial risks and opportunities throughout project delivery
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within construction
- Residential housebuilding experience would be highly advantageous
- Strong commercial, budgeting and cost-management experience
- Relevant Quantity Surveying qualification such as a degree, HND or equivalent
- RICS qualification or progress towards professional accreditation would be beneficial
- Full UK driving licence required
