FindCore are thrilled to be assisting an established automotive dealership with the recruitment of a Motor Sales Executive .
Permanent, full-time position.
Salary
Fully negotiable, depending on experience + commission / bonus + additional benefits
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer enquiries from initial contact through to vehicle handover
Build strong relationships with customers and understand their vehicle requirements
Present vehicles confidently and explain key features and benefits
Arrange and conduct test drives
Follow up leads and convert enquiries into sales
Negotiate deals and work towards agreed sales targets
Discuss finance, warranty and additional products where appropriate
Maintain accurate customer and sales records
Work closely with the wider dealership team to ensure a smooth customer journey
Deliver a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process
Skills & Experience
Previous experience within motor sales, vehicle sales or automotive retail would be advantageous
Strong sales background with a proven ability to achieve targets
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Confident dealing with customers face-to-face and over the phone
Commercially minded and motivated by earning potential
Strong organisation and follow-up skills
Genuine interest in vehicles and the automotive industry
Full UK driving licence required
