FindCore are thrilled to be assisting an established luxury fashion and couture business with the recruitment of an experienced Dress Machinist / Seamstress. Full-time, permanent position. This role will be based in the company’s Manchester studio and is fully on-site. Pay Fully negotiable, depending on experience Working Hours Monday to Friday, typically 10:00am–6:00pm Key Responsibilities Produce high-quality made-to-measure and special occasion garments. Sew and assemble garments accurately to customer specifications. Operate industrial sewing machines, overlockers and other specialist equipment. Complete alterations and adjustments to garments where required. Follow patterns, pinning instructions and written sewing specifications. Work confidently with a variety of fabrics and garment constructions. Inspect finished work for quality, accuracy and defects. Maintain consistently high standards of stitching and finishing. Manage workloads effectively to meet production deadlines. Skills Experience Experience as a Dress Machinist, Seamstress or in a similar specialist dressmaking role.
