This role will be based in Shrewsbury , working Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm . The business specialises in commercial insurance across a wide range of sectors and provides a highly personal service to its clients. Salary Negotiable, depending on experience + Excellent benefits, and growth opportunities Key Responsibilities Manage and service a portfolio of commercial insurance clients. Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments and new business enquiries. Prepare accurate insurance documentation and technical information. Liaise with clients and insurers to arrange appropriate commercial insurance cover. Support the development of new business opportunities. Assist clients throughout the claims process where required. Maintain accurate client and policy records. Ensure all activity is completed in line with FCA regulations and internal procedures. Achieve agreed service levels and key performance indicators.
