FindCore are thrilled to be assisting a leading supplier and installer of premium golf surfaces with the recruitment of a Area Sales Manager (Golf).
Location: Cheshire / Manchester area, field-based with regional travel
Contract: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £28,000 – £52,000 + commission
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded Sales Executive to join a growing business within the golf and leisure sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing new business, building long-term client relationships and driving sales across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow sales opportunities across the Cheshire and Manchester region
- Identify and win new business with private clients, golf clubs, academies and commercial customers
- Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to quotation, negotiation and close
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- Provide consultative, solution-led sales support based on client needs
- Work closely with internal technical and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer journey
- Attend exhibitions, events and trade shows to promote the brand and generate new opportunities
- Keep up to date with market activity and competitor trends
- Report on pipeline activity, forecasts and sales performance
Skills & Requirements:
- Previous experience in field-based B2C and/or B2B sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident building relationships and developing new business
- A consultative and proactive sales approach
- Ability to manage your own territory effectively
- Passion for golf or knowledge of the golf industry is essential
- Good IT skills, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region
