Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR advice and support to Directors and managers.
- Manage employee relations including disciplinaries, grievances and performance matters.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, processes and procedures.
- Support performance reviews, employee development and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR best practice.
- Help develop a positive, accountable and high-performing workplace culture.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as an HR Manager or HR Advisor or Similar.
- CIPD Level 3 or above.
- Strong employee relations and employment law knowledge.
- Experience managing disciplinary, grievance and performance processes.
- Confident advising and influencing managers.
- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- Experience within a fast-paced or growing business would be advantageous.
