FindCore are thrilled to be assisting a growing financial services business with the recruitment of a Sales Team Leader.
Permanent, Monday - Friday full-time position based in Birmingham.
The company specialises in helping customers with UK tax rebate claims, including work-related expenses such as mileage, tools and professional fees.
Salary:
£30,000 basic + uncapped commission (Staff earning up to £9,000 per month bonus) + Excellent Benefits & Growth Opportunities
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Sales Team Members
- Manage and develop relationships with new and existing customers
- Speak with customers by telephone and understand their individual requirements
- Guide customers through the company's services and explain the process clearly
- Follow up enquiries and identify opportunities to convert interested customers
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the customer journey
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers and build long-term relationships
- Identify opportunities to introduce additional relevant services
- Handle customer questions and resolve queries efficiently
- Maintain accurate customer information and activity through Salesforce
- Work towards individual and team-based customer service and sales targets
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure customers receive a smooth and professional service
Skills & Experience Requirements:
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Commercially minded with the ability to recognise sales opportunities
- Customer-focused approach without relying on hard-selling techniques
- Good organisation and ability to manage multiple customer enquiries
- Experience using Salesforce or another CRM system would be beneficial
- Positive, proactive and results-driven approach
- Comfortable working within a target-driven environment
