Permanent, full-time position based in Abingdon.
Salary
£29,500 – £35,000, depending on experience + additional benefits
This is a great opportunity for a confident and motivated sales professional to join a busy internal sales team, developing new business through outbound calling and building strong relationships with prospective customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales and telemarketing calls to prospective customers
- Identify customer requirements and present suitable products and services
- Build rapport quickly and develop strong customer relationships
- Follow up leads generated through marketing activity and previous enquiries
- Convert opportunities into sales and new business
- Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity within the CRM system
- Manage your own pipeline and follow-up activity
- Work closely with the wider sales team to achieve targets
- Provide a professional and persuasive customer experience over the phone
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience within telesales, B2B sales, internal sales or telemarketing would be advantageous
- Strong telephone and communication skills
- Confident speaking with prospective customers and handling objections
- Motivated and target-driven
- Good relationship-building and listening skills
- Strong organisation and follow-up ability
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a sales team
- Experience using Salesforce or another CRM system would be beneficial
- Good Microsoft Office and general IT skills
