FIND Medical is recruiting for an experienced Deputy Theatre Manager to join a private hospital in Goring-by-Sea, West Sussex.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse or ODP looking to step into a senior theatre position within a well-established private hospital.
The role:
- Supporting the Theatre Manager with the day-to-day running of the theatre department
- Providing clinical leadership and support to the wider theatre team
- Full-time, permanent position
- Salary up to £57,000 per annum
Ideally, you’ll have:
- NMC or HCPC registration
- Strong theatre experience
- Experience across Orthopaedics, General Surgery, Gynaecology and/or Urology
- Previous senior, team lead or deputy-level experience
- SFA qualification would be highly desirable
- Strong clinical and leadership skills
